Operations Manager - vendor management (Miami, FL)

Westbrook Orchard Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Miami, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
