Operations Manager - vendor management (Miami, FL)

Silverline Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Miami. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for subcontractor invoices and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
