Operations Manager - vendor management (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Bright Meridian Facilities and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
