Operations Manager - vendor management (Madison, WI)

Westbrook Willow Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Madison. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for customer estimates and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
