Operations Manager - vendor management (Louisville, KY)

Westbrook Clear Transit Planning is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
