Operations Manager - vendor management (Louisville, KY)

Ironwood Hollow Inspection Services is an inspection company in Louisville with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for scheduling and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
