Operations Manager - vendor management (Louisville, KY)

Foxglove Wren Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Louisville region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for hardship programmes and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
