Operations Manager - vendor management (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Silverline Ridge Auto Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. You would join a large organisation of about 856 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
