Operations Manager - vendor management (Little Rock, AR)

Silverline Lakeside Environmental Services is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for recycling loads and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
