Operations Manager - vendor management (Little Rock, AR)

Highbridge West Facilities is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for contractor visits and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
