Operations Manager - vendor management (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Harbor Foods is a Little Rock food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for customer specifications and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
