Operations Manager - vendor management (Little Rock, AR)

Highbridge Granite Auto Group is a Little Rock company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for vehicle inspections and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
