Operations Manager - vendor management (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Bright Drift Foods and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Track performance measures for cold storage and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
