Operations Manager - vendor management (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Hollow Energy and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
