Operations Manager - vendor management (Las Vegas, NV)

Cedar Forge Energy is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
