Operations Manager - vendor management (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Thistle Auto Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for customer estimates and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
