Operations Manager - vendor management (Jacksonville, FL)

Stonegate Corner Construction Holdings is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for permits and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
