Operations Manager - vendor management (Jacksonville, FL)

Ironwood Ridge Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Jacksonville. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for safety records and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
