Operations Manager - vendor management (Indianapolis, IN)

Harborlight Lakeside Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Indianapolis region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for usage data and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
