Operations Manager - vendor management (Indianapolis, IN)

Westbrook Maple Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Indianapolis region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for safety records and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
