Operations Manager - vendor management (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Nova Umber Inspection Services and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Track performance measures for equipment calibration and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
