Operations Manager - vendor management (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Cedar Bridge Energy and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. You would join a large organisation of about 470 people based in Houston. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for usage data and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
