Operations Manager - vendor management (Honolulu, HI)

Redstone Linden Facilities is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
