Operations Manager - vendor management (Honolulu, HI)

Silverline Summit Auto Group is a Honolulu company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for vehicle inspections and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
