Operations Manager - vendor management (Grand Rapids, MI)

Stonegate Fern Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Grand Rapids region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Track performance measures for usage data and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
