Operations Manager - vendor management (Fresno, CA)

Ironwood Clear Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Fresno, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for certifications and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
