Operations Manager - vendor management (Fresno, CA)

Redstone Harbor Foods is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 344 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Track performance measures for customer specifications and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with sanitation schedules.
