Operations Manager - vendor management (Fort Worth, TX)

Ironwood Drift Facilities is a facilities company in Fort Worth with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for contractor visits and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
