Operations Manager - vendor management (Fort Worth, TX)

Greenridge Summit Construction is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 398 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Track performance measures for subcontractor invoices and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
