Operations Manager - vendor management (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Foxglove West Farms and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for packing house output and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
