Operations Manager - vendor management (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Orchard Environmental Services and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for weigh tickets and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
