Operations Manager - vendor management (El Paso, TX)

Nova Fox Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
