Operations Manager - vendor management (Detroit, MI)

Cedar Wren Facilities looks after properties across the Detroit region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
