Operations Manager - vendor management (Denver, CO)

Harborlight Maple Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Denver area, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. You would join a large organisation of about 370 people based in Denver. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for billing accounts and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
