Operations Manager - vendor management (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Lumen Pike Auto Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Denver. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
