Operations Manager - vendor management (Denver, CO)

Bright Linden Facilities Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
