Operations Manager - vendor management (Denver, CO)

Summit Corner Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Denver region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
