Operations Manager - vendor management (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Stone Transit Planning and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for ridership counts and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
