Operations Manager - vendor management (Dallas, TX)

Stonegate Meridian Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Dallas. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
