Operations Manager - vendor management (Colorado Springs, CO)

Rivermark Clear Transit Planning is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for survey data and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
