Operations Manager - vendor management (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Facilities and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for contractor visits and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
