Operations Manager - vendor management (Colorado Springs, CO)

Clearpath Union Inspection Services Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with certifications.
