Operations Manager - vendor management (Colorado Springs, CO)

Westbrook Loom Construction is a Colorado Springs contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. You would join a large organisation of about 836 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for permits and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
