Operations Manager - vendor management (Colorado Springs, CO)

Rivermark Harbor Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Colorado Springs region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for grower contracts and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
