Operations Manager - vendor management (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bluepeak Partners is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for customer tracking and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
