Operations Manager - vendor management (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Redstone Sparrow Energy Partners and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for meter readings and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
