Operations Manager - vendor management (Colorado Springs, CO)

Amberfield Haven Auto Group is a Colorado Springs company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
