Operations Manager - vendor management (Charleston, SC)

Redstone River Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Track performance measures for customer estimates and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service appointments.
