Operations Manager - vendor management (Charleston, SC)

Stonegate Orchard Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Charleston region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for service connections and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
