Operations Manager - vendor management (Charleston, SC)

Lumen Juniper Energy is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Track performance measures for hardship programmes and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
